Plot: Lady Antebellum is alone in here apartment and her boy left her.
Character: Lady Antebellum & her lover.
Conflict: Lady Antebellum is alone & it's all going to her head.
Theme: Enjoying the company of others.
Setting: Her apartment.
2) "King of Anything"
Sara Bareilles
Plot: Sara is not buying what this guy (whoever he may be) is selling. She doesn't need someone running her life and telling her what to do and when to do it.
Character: Sara Bareilles and a guy that thinks he's the boss
Conflict: She doesn't want to stay with this guy or listen to him anymore. The guy won't let her speak her mind or do what she wants to.
Theme: Don't let people run your life for you!
Setting: At a table somewhere like in a coffee shop or something. In the daytime.
3) "Just A Dream"
Carrie Underwood
Plot: This girl gets married and her husband goes to war and dies. His body is sent back home to be buried.
Character: There is a girl who gets married to a boy who is in the military. The members in audience of the wedding and funeral. Military men shooting gun shots at funeral.
Conflict: The girls husband gets killed in war.
Theme: She did not realize that he may die in war. She probably thought that he would never die and they would live happily ever after, forever.
Setting: In the car. At the church for the wedding. At the funeral.
4)"Train With No Love"
Andre Nickatina
Plot: Andre gets sent to jail for five years.
Characters: Andre , Hommie ( Jay Lee), other hommies, and Andre's wife.
Conflict: Andre was put into jail because of Jay Lee. After he gets out he wants revenge but can't get it because Jay Lee is dead. Jay Lee had to make a hard decision turning on his firend.
Theme: Do the right thing and you won't have to suffer the consequences. Friendship. Brotherhood. Betryal. Hatred. Forgivness.
Setting: Train station, jail cell, hospital,in the past.
5) Viva La Vida
Coldplay
Plot: There is this guy who used to have everything, he used to be the big shot, he was like a king. He got this by doing what everyone else wanted him to. But he changed. Now, he is alone in the world he used to once rule. He realizes that this "castle" that he used to live in was not stable. You can't live a shallow based life doing the popular thing.
Character: Guy who was the big shot, his enemy's, revolutionaries
Conflict: Guy used to be on top of the world, but he was pleasing everyone else. Now he has broken away and people can't stand that.
Theme: You have to sacrifice: live alone and be who you are, letting yourself grow, or, do the popular thing to be loved by pleasing everyone else, only ever doing what they expect you to do.
Setting: Past, castle, Jerusalem
